We want you to be satisfied with ZoarkBot. If it's not working for you, we'll make it right.
1. Free Trial
New users on the Demo plan can evaluate ZoarkBot at no cost. No credit card is required for the Demo plan. We strongly recommend trialing before upgrading to a paid plan.
2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you upgrade to a paid plan (Solo, Team, or Business) and are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your first payment, you are entitled to a full refund.
To request a refund within the 7-day window, email [email protected] with your account email and order ID. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account portal or by emailing support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days after the 7-day guarantee window has passed. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.
4. Annual Plans
Annual plans are eligible for the 7-day money-back guarantee. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal. If you purchased an annual plan and have a genuine technical issue preventing you from using ZoarkBot, contact us — we evaluate these on a case-by-case basis.
5. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Issues caused by incompatible third-party API credentials (e.g., expired Google OAuth tokens)
- Violations of our Terms of Service resulting in account termination
- Requests made after the 7-day window (outside the guarantee period)
- Change of mind after extensive use of the software
