Critical Notice
ZoarkBot has access to your file system, terminal, browser, email, and calendar. Run it on a dedicated VPS or isolated container.
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using ZoarkBot you agree to these Terms. Applies to all tiers including the free Demo plan.
2. License Grant
Non-exclusive, non-transferable license to run ZoarkBot on the machines your tier permits. You may not sublicense or commercially exploit the software.
3. System Access
You consent to ZoarkBot reading/writing files, executing commands, controlling a browser, sending emails, posting to social accounts, and accessing calendar data within its configured scope.
4. Use at Your Own Risk
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS.” You are responsible for all agent actions, content posted, compliance with third-party terms, and securing your credentials.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use ZoarkBot for spam, scraping in violation of platform terms, fraud, harassment, or violation of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, or other applicable law.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually. See our Refund Policy for cancellation.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOARKAI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES INCLUDING DATA LOSS OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
8. Termination
We may terminate access for violations. You may cancel per the Refund Policy. License revokes upon termination.

Governed by United States law.
