Critical Notice — Read Before Installing

ZoarkBot is a self-hosted AI automation agent that runs directly on your computer or server. By design, it has access to your file system, terminal, browser, email, calendar, and other system resources necessary to perform automation tasks. You must understand and accept this before using the software.

  • Do not install ZoarkBot on a device containing sensitive personal or financial data unless you fully trust its configuration.
  • We strongly recommend running ZoarkBot on a dedicated device, VPS, or isolated container.
  • ZoarkBot operates autonomously — it may send messages, post content, browse the web, and execute system commands on your behalf.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ZoarkBot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software. These Terms apply to all tiers including the free Demo plan.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, ZoarkAI grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run ZoarkBot on the number of machines permitted by your subscription tier. You may not sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the Software.

3. Computer Access & System Permissions

ZoarkBot requires and uses broad system access to function. By accepting these Terms, you explicitly acknowledge and consent to ZoarkBot:

  • Reading and writing files within its configured working directories
  • Executing terminal commands via its bash automation tools
  • Controlling a web browser for automation tasks (Pro/Business tiers)
  • Sending and receiving emails through connected accounts
  • Posting to connected social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)
  • Accessing calendar data for scheduling automation
  • Making outbound HTTP requests to external APIs
  • Storing automation memory and context on your local machine

ZoarkBot does not log keystrokes, capture screenshots for transmission, or access resources outside its configured scope. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving the skills, cron jobs, and agent behaviors you configure.

4. Use at Your Own Risk

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” YOUR USE OF ZOARKBOT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. You are solely responsible for:

  • All actions taken by ZoarkBot agents operating under your account
  • Content posted, messages sent, or emails dispatched by ZoarkBot
  • Compliance with the terms of service of third-party platforms ZoarkBot connects to
  • Securing your license key, API credentials, and connected accounts
  • Any data loss, corruption, or unintended system changes resulting from ZoarkBot operation
  • Ensuring ZoarkBot is used within legal boundaries in your jurisdiction

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use ZoarkBot to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in mass-messaging campaigns prohibited by law
  • Scrape or harvest data in violation of any platform’s terms of service
  • Engage in market manipulation, fraudulent activity, or deceptive practices
  • Harass, stalk, or target individuals
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA, or CFAA
  • Attempt to circumvent platform rate limits or access controls
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of ZoarkBot
  • Share, re-distribute, or resell your license key or downloaded artifacts

Violation of this policy may result in immediate license revocation without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZOARKAI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
  • Account bans or suspensions on third-party platforms
  • Data loss or corruption resulting from agent operations
  • Unauthorized access to your systems or credentials
  • Actions taken by ZoarkBot agents that you configured

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

7. Third-Party Services

ZoarkBot integrates with third-party services (LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, OpenAI, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. ZoarkAI is not responsible for third-party API changes, platform bans, or service disruptions.

8. Subscription & Payments

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe and auto-renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. We may modify pricing with 30 days notice.

9. License Enforcement

ZoarkBot validates your license key against our license server (license.zoarkai.org) approximately every 23 hours. A 7-day offline grace period applies. We may revoke licenses for Terms violations, chargebacks, or fraud without refund.

10. No Warranty

ZOARKAI EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT ZOARKBOT WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AUTOMATED ACTIONS WILL ACHIEVE YOUR INTENDED OUTCOMES.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under AAA rules, except either party may seek injunctive relief in court.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you via email or portal notice. Continued use of ZoarkBot after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
